Withdrawal from the Contract
If you wish to return goods purchased from the Chakra Honey online store, please complete the withdrawal form below. After submitting the form, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your withdrawal request.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase made through the online store within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exception to the right of withdrawal applies.
Please note:
- you may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature and characteristics;
- the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless the goods are incorrect or defective;
- if the returned goods are damaged or their value has decreased as a result of handling by the customer beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, the online store has the right to reduce the amount refunded in proportion to the decrease in value;
- after submitting the withdrawal request, the goods must be returned within 14 days;
- we will reimburse the applicable payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request. The online store may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been returned or the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities or to purchases made for business or professional purposes. The right of withdrawal applies to consumers, meaning natural persons making a purchase outside their business or professional activities.
